Wyoming's Soaring Eagle Book Award results were just announced.The Hunger Games, first in a trilogy by Suzanne Collins, is the winner of the 2010 Soaring Eagle book award for young adult literature.
The first runner-up for the award is Thirteen Reasons Why, by Jay Asher, with Breaking Dawn, by Stephenie Meyer, coming in as second runner-up.
